Till 1970s Kheda District had no facilities for education of hearing impaired children.  So when Rotarians of Nadiad were envisaging to start a permanent community service project,  the idea of a Centre for Education of Hearing Impaired Children was readily accepted. A separate Trust viz. Rotary Club Nadiad Samajseva and Sanshodhan Trust was formed. In 1976, with blessings of Mahant Narayandasji Maharaj of Santram Mandir, “Shree S G Brahmbhatt Badhir Vidhyavihar” was started with one classroom of six children. 

With untiring efforts of Founder President  Late Dr. Jayant Shah,  Late Shri Kanubhai Shah and team of dedicated Rotarians,  the activities of the Trust grew manifold.  Today with blessings of Santram Mandir and a vast family of donors and well wishers, the trust works for all round development of the Hearing Impaired children.
