Our vision And Mission

1. To establish facilities for continuous and long term efforts for linguistic excellence.

2. There is no deaf person participating in teaching of deaf children in the state as a teacher. Training programme for deaf parsons to enable them to become teacher for deaf needs to be established. 

3. To establish a resource center for teacher and personals participating in community based Rehabilitation and Integrated education.

4. To establish the study center for Open University offering distant learning courses in B.Ed & M.Ed etc for deaf.

5. To establish post training apprenticeship and production and sales facilities for group of deaf persons to help them to establish their own business in future.

6. To establish co-operative of the deaf persons to market their produce.
